From I-95 take exit 140 (Route 630), east towards Stafford. Follow Route 630 east for approximately 1 mile until you come to the stoplight at the Route 630/Route 1 intersection. Turn left onto Route 1 north, and go one block to the next stoplight. The Old Stafford Middle School is on the immediate right at that stoplight; the large field is immediately in front of the school on the side bordering Route 1. Turn right at the stoplight and make the first right into the school parking lot. The smaller field is south of the school building and the parking area.
